~ comment to claim and state exactly what you want to claim~ payments via paypal ff or bank transfer (ger)
~ if you pay via paypal, always leave the notes empty~ go prices are always inital prices- ems/customs/domestics will be added later except stated otherwise in the post~ Will have packaging fees of 1 EUR per package and 50 cents per letter added to domestics~ member ranking & sorting for inclusions or random pobs
~ NO BACKOUTS: if you want to backout you need to find a replacement on your own~ PAYMENT DEADLINES:
1 day over deadline, i tag you in the GC or dm you to pay. - no fees
each additional day will be 1€ added to the original price
~ if you dont pay within the next 7 days, your claim is gone and you get no refund.
~ you can ALWAYS dm us beforehand and ask for an extension for the deadline and we will find a solution~ ARRIVED / STORED ITEMS:
All Items can be held up at our Place 2 months once they arrivedDeadline starts on arrival at GOM (Check arrival messages/posts/stories/etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: If you fill out the shipping form within the deadline your items are safe (even if we need more time to pack your items).
~ once you filled out a form and new items arrive: pls fill out a seperate shipping form. Please understand that we cant always guarantee to combine them, but we will try. Otherwise you have to pay for them individually.Once your items are packed by us we will ask you for domestics. These have a deadline of one week unless discussed otherwise.
~ we are not responsible for lost or damaged items!
